Obtained Master degree of Political Science: Government and Public Policy from the Catholic University (2022). Since 2017, Rocío Works as research assistant at various research projects with interdisciplinary scope and methodology with common focus on comparative politics and sociology such as: institutional design (constitutions, división of Powers); social and labor movements in latín America, concentration of executive power at sixteenth century and constitutional evolution al lof them focused on Latin America. Rocío has published as coautor in the following journals: Economía y Politica; Revista Austral de Ciencias Sociales and a chapter on Presidential Reelection in the book Presidencialismo: Reflexiones para el debate constitucional en Chile. During 2021 was intern at Inter Pares program from IDEA Internacional and scholarship holder from the Center for studies of Conflict and Social Cohesion (COES). Her main interests are: concentration of power; government and political crises, institutional design, social movements and democracy.
